Much of Minn. and Western Wis. Under Winter Weather Advisory

The Twin Cities metro area is under a winter weather advisory until 6 a.m. Tuesday. The snow began falling in western Minnesota and made its way across the state Monday evening. Slick roads have been reported in several areas.

Family: Jenna Privette Regains Feeling, Movement in Upper Legs

A high school girl hurt playing hockey last month just made a big step forward in her recovery. According to her CaringBridge page, Jenna Privette can now feel and move her upper legs. Her family says she was even able to go shopping for a few hours last week.

The St. Croix Lutheran senior was hurt during a game last month and was paralyzed from the waist down.

Father, Son Accused of Stealing Diesel Fuel from Construction Site

A father and son were arrested after allegedly stealing diesel fuel from construction equipment at an Empire Township construction site early Thursday morning.

Prosecutors charged 47-year-old Gennadi Krimouski of Apple Valley and 25-year-old Maksim Krimouski of Savage with theft, possession of theft tools and tampering with a motor vehicle.

Police Warn About String of South Metro Burglaries

Law enforcement is investigating a string of burglaries throughout the south metro. They believe the same man is behind a string of burglaries in Prior Lake, Bloomington, Eden Prairie and Edina.
